Based on the dual-model design of 3D laser scanning technology and machine vision technology, the system is able to track and locate the nose, engines, and nose wheel of an airplane in a real-time basis. The pilot and co-pilot will be provided with information about the flight information, aircraft type, distance to the stop line, deviation to the direction of the guideline, real-time animation display of approaching the stop position and aircraft identification results, etc. of the docking airplane through the high bright LED information display screen indiscriminately.
